1 Year Limited Warranty
Pet Feedster believes that you will be satisfied with our product. Pet Feedster warrants that our product is free from manufacturing defects when operated according to instructions enclosed with this product for a period of 1 year which warrants defective parts from the date of original purchase with proof of purchase.
Labor to repair or service is covered for a period of 90 days at no charge from the date of original purchase with proof of purchase. From 90 days to 1 year labor will be charged at a nominal fee.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchase and does not extend to subsequent owners of this product. This warranty does not cover costs incurred in the shipping of the product from and to consumer for service. Shipping to distributor must be prepaid and insured by UPS or other parcel delivery services.
This warranty is voided if the product is damaged due to not following instructions in the manual or negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, modification, tampering, alteration, damage from pets or other animals, faulty installation, ad/or acts of God, used for commercial applications or rentals, modified or repaired by anyone other than Pet Feedster.
RETURN POLICY
We believe that the product we sell is of the highest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, we would be happy to issue an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase date, provided the product is in its original working condition, with all parts and packing materials included. You must show proof of purchase.
If you wish to return a product within 30 days, please email us at CustomerService@petfeedsterUSA.com or call us to let us know so that we may set up a return merchandise authorization. The maximum amount of any refund will be the cost of the merchandise minus standard or domestic ground shipping and a 15% restocking fee. We can not refund the excess cost of expedited or overseas shipping. We do not pay for the cost of return shipping. If the product is not in working condition when it is received you may return the product and receive the full refund.
